EXTENDED through June, 2024! Provided for low-to-moderate income minority women looking to start a business, and who are residents of Pawtucket, RI. This program provides free rent and office space, guidance and educational business resources for up to 1-year at SER's headquarters in Pawtucket. This program is funded in part through a Community Development Block Grant by the City of Pawtucket.

Engaging youth in work readiness and subsidized worksite experiences/internships. As funding becomes available, applications are regularly submitted to offer these subsidized work and immersive classroom experiences to local youth.
Providing job search assistance and referrals for those reentering the community from prison. Although SER-Jobs works with many ex-offenders in each of its other programs, this program was designed exclusively for those exiting prison, in partnership with Probation and Parole. Originally funded by SER-Jobs for Progress, we seek to restart these vital services with new funding.
